| Abstract | Discrete seawater samples collected on board the vessel Zirfaea at station GOERE6 on 2021-11-24 within the monitoring programme Monitoring Verzuring Noordzee of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, to improve the understanding of dynamics and trends in ocean acidification parameters in the Dutch sector of the North Sea. Dissolved inorganic carbon (coulometric titration), total alkalinity (potentiometric titration) and pH on the total scale (spectrophotometry with purified metacresol purple, reported at the measurement temperature of about 25 degC) were analysed at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research. Temperature, salinity and nutrients (nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, silicate) were made available by Rijkswaterstaat.
