    AbstractThe data have been acquired with a Reson SeaBat 7125 multibeam echosounder mounted on board of the CNR research vessel "Urania" (chief scientist and party chief D. Ridente and F.L. Chiocci). The object of the cruise was the study of the the seafloor around Giglio Island. Weather and marine conditions were fair during the acquisition.
