    AbstractThe data were acquired with a Seabat 8160 (50 khz) multibeam echosouder mounted on board of: the CoNISMa research vessel "Universitatis" (chief scientist Attilio Sulli; party chief Attlio Sulli). The main objective of this cruise was to study the instability processes along the Northern Sicilian continental margin (Offshore Palermo-Ustica). Weather conditions were good during the acquisition.
