| Abstract | The physico-chemical parameters like water column temperature and Secchi depth are measured during the sampling procedure. Water samples are transported to the laboratory and the measurement process of all other parameters starts in two hours. The procedure covers nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, phosphate, seston, salinity (conductivity); chlorophyll A, carotinuids and pheopigments concentration; glucose and amino-acid mixture uptake indices. The samples for primary production measurement are processed in the laboratory and then incubated in situ for a half day period from midday to sunset. Every sample is incubated in the corresponding depth. | |||||||||
